Payoneer needed a system scalable enough to replace translating every asset individually.
We worked alongside Payoneer's in-house team as an external partner. Our role covered the international marketing assets creation across more than 30 languages.

FOUNDATIONS
A brand system built to hold its shape at scale starts with a shared vocabulary — not colors and spacing values themselves, but the logic connecting them. Every value here exists as a token: a small, named decision that can be reused and changed in one place rather than hundreds.

LANGUAGES
Three layout modes support translation across languages: normal, condensed, and right-to-left. Condensed tightens spacing for languages like German, where text runs longer; right-to-left serves languages like Arabic, flipping the entire layout along with the text direction. Together, they keep the system simple yet versatile enough for any language.

THEMES & COLORS
Each promo module offers a light or dark theme, paired with six color variants drawn from Payoneer's own gradient system. Switching between them updates the graphics automatically, keeping every version on-brand without a single custom asset.

We delivered the new system with a comprehensive guidelines file, designed to complete Payoneer's existing brand documentation and give a bird's-eye view of the entire brand system.

By replacing manual translation with a shared token system, the project turned a fragmented set of regional assets into one brand that scales across 30+ languages.
